I homeschool, so my children have opportunities to have varied friends that span generations, interests, and belief systems.
. . . .One day while lounging on the beach, my beloved husband said, "This is what I want to do everyday. Is it wrong to want to live a life of leisure?" My daughter replied, "Dad, you do live the life of easier." And so we do! Here is a bit from our life of easier.
Me too! I could never understand why parents want their kids to play with or associate with other kids that are just like them with no deviation from what they consider to be normal.
ReplyDeleteMelissa, growing up most of my friends had last names starting with S or T! Can you say seated alphabetically for 12 years!
